Missouri S&T invites the campus community to virtual open forums for four provost finalists. (Submit your questions now) Candidate materials will be posted here 2 business days prior to each candidate's visit.
The campus community is invited to attend each candidate's presentation via Zoom from 9-10 a.m. on the dates below.
The forum will include opening remarks from Dr. Mo Dehghani, chancellor, and will be led by Dr. Richard Wlezien, chair of the search committee, and Dr. Shannon Fogg, co-chair of the search committee. Wlezien is the vice provost and dean of the College of Engineering and Computing. Fogg serves as a professor of history and interim associate dean for academic affairs in the College of Arts, Sciences, and Business. The search committee will work with the University of Missouri System’s executive recruitment team, which is led by Tim McIntosh. The goal is to fill this position by January 2021.
This position of academic leadership is critical to guide the university’s pursuit of excellence in its academic programs. As we seek to grow our enrollment and support the success of all of our students, a chief academic officer is necessary to lead faculty, staff, students and administrators.
